All orders generally ship same day or next business day, although we try hardest to abide by that in rare circumstances it may take up to three business days to ship. If shipped USPS first class or UPS ground it generally takes 3-10 business days for delivery. For USPS priority it takes 2-4 business days for delivery. Please note it can take up to two weeks for delivery, In the rare occasion your order has not arrived after two weeks send an email to Info@HighSierraHerbals.com and we can either track down the package or send you a replacement. Don’t worry we will make sure you get your order but please be patient as it may take longer than expected sometimes.
All orders are shipped by either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). Select which option you would like during checkout. If you choose our cheapest shipping option it may ship with either UPS or USPS.
USPS First class shipping is free for orders $49.99 and up or $5 for orders under $49.98.
USPS Priority shipping is $8.89 for orders under $380
USPS Priority shipping is $16 for orders over $380 since we usually have to ship it in multiple boxes.
UPS ground shipping is $11.50 and only recommended for people with issues receiving USPS mail since it is slower and more expensive than USPS Priority mail.
We do not ship to the following areas where kratom is banned: ALABAMA, ARKANSAS, INDIANA, RHODE ISLAND, TENNESSEE (21+ kratom leaf and powder only), VERMONT, WISCONSIN. SARASOTA COUNTY, UNION COUNTY, MALHEUR COUNTY, DENVER CO, SAN DIEGO CA, CITY OF OCEANSIDE CA, JERSEYVILLE IL, ALTON IL, AND multiple counties in MS. We do not ship internationally. No card transactions are allowed for international shipping. Within the US, we do not ship CBD to Kansas, NY or LA
In the case that your order says delivered but you have not received it we recommend talking to the postal worker on your route and/or your neighbors. Sometimes packages get delivered to the wrong house or accidentally get marked as delivered by the postal worker but are actual still in possession of the postal company. We have seen packages show up days later after they say delivered. We are sorry but we do not replace lost or stolen items. We can file a missing package report through the postal company and if it was shipped through priority mail there is $50 insurance on the package.
